The Process

Unlike other companies out there, we don’t just advertise a position and drop you on a door. We invite potential employees to attend an interview to get to know you and assess your suitability for the position(s) available. You will then be deployed to an active contract based on your geographical location and role type. You’ll be with a senior member of staff at first to allow you to settle into the role and give you the chance to ask any on the job questions.

Rapid Response Teams

You also have the option of being added to our response team rollcall. If you are an experienced Close Protection Operator, Door Supervisor or Static Security Guard, we can add you to a list of those available for emergency shift cover.


Unlike a lot of companies, S&R are a strong believer in rewarding staff based on experience and performance. As a result, salaries offered will be based on the experience and qualification level of the individual.

Further Training

Further training and licensing will be available for those that show both the dedication to their role and a fervent interest in progressing with their career – this will be just on a case-by-case basis.
